HEDP Softener (High Efficiency Dual Pass)
Engineered for residential and light commercial applications that have high hardness water supplies (typically >75 gpg) including boiler feed systems,. The HEDP offers consistent, softer water by using a two-tank system that prevents hard water “slippage”. Slippage happens when the softener is not able to remove all hardness minerals from the water before it leaves the system, leaving hard water to “slip” through the softener and into your household water. The HEDP uses Up Flow regeneration and precision brining to reduce annual salt and water costs and is more cost effective than larger single tank systems.
